Amazon's own documentation is unusually specific here. If any one of these fails, the shipment is treated as a standard multi-FC placement and the placement fee applies. Below is what the checker actually verifies.

1. Five or more cartons. At least five physical cartons in the shipment. Four cartons and a fraction does not qualify.
2. Identical item mix in every carton. Every carton has the same SKUs. If carton 1 has SKUs A, B, C and carton 2 has SKUs A, B, D, the shipment does not qualify, even if the totals across the shipment are the same.
3. Identical quantities per SKU per carton. Every SKU appears in the same quantity in every carton. 12 of SKU A in carton 1 and 10 of SKU A in carton 2 does not qualify. This is the one most sellers miss.

What if one carton is 0.5 lb lighter because of packaging?
